DROWNING POOL: Press Conference Highlights Posted Online

August 9, 2007

On Tuesday, August 7, Texas metal band DROWNING POOL hosted a press conference to a full house at the Pacific Design Center in Los Angeles, California to announce the release of its new album, "Full Circle", and its fall tour with THE EXIES. DROWNING POOL was joined by over 25 members of the Iraq Afghanistan Veterans of America (IAVA) and war veterans who validated the importance of their efforts. The band spoke of their concern for supporting the U.S. troops upon their return from the Middle East.

The press conference was a very moving and emotional experience urging the validation of the American people to support the troops upon their return. Check out the highlights of the press conference at this location.

DROWNING POOL recently announced that 50 cents of each ticket sale from its current tour is going to IAVA, with another 50 cents going to the USO. The trek stops in Great Falls, Montana on Thursday (August 9).
